ESAI's

all of the countries of Asia, and particularly timely data
from Japan, S. Korea, China, Singapore and India. Inventory,
supply, demand and refinery operations data are analyzed for
each country. ESAI's Pacific Basin Stockwatch Marketview integrates
all of these data into a robust supply, demand and price analysis
that leads to a 6-month outlook on Dubai and Singapore gasoline,
diesel fuel oil and refining margins.

 Former
Soviet Union
ESAI's
database contains regularly updated petroleum statistics from
all of the countries of the Former Soviet Union (FSU). Accurate,
timely data and analysis have become difficult to attain since
the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Since 1992, however,
ESAI has had an exclusive license to analyze and disseminate
supply and demand data provided by the private sector successor
to the research arm of the state statistical bureau, Goskomstat.
Like many purveyors of Russian data and info, we provide production,
refinery operations and export data. Unlike the others, we
also provide assessments of internal demand by petroleum product.
ESAI produced
the first comprehensive description of the Soviet refining
sector ever published in the West, as well as the first detailed
translations of Soviet energy maps.
Our monthly,
RussiaWatch, focuses on the oil market developments in Russia
and the Former Soviet Republics of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan,
Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Lithuania, and others.
The analysis draws on ESAI's detailed database of both crude
and product fundamentals and provides a view on where the
